Gallery Rental 

Gallery Rental  Information:

Studio 333 is a furniture showroom and art gallery presenting innovative contemporary art.  Studio 333 features a main-floor gallery with a 28' foot ceiling and floor space of over 2500 total square feet.  

Typically, space rentals occur during normal exhibition programming, meaning that artwork is displayed on the walls of the gallery and within the floor space.  The type 
of artwork will vary with each exhibition.  These exhibitions can provide an exciting backdrop to accentuate your event.  In some cases, larger installations may limit space use and availability.

Rental events can occur after gallery hours (Sunday thru Saturday evenings after 6pm)  Occasionally day long space rentals can be scheduled when the gallery is between shows.  Please ask the Program Director about Studio 333's exhibition schedule and space availability.

Rental FAQ's

Maximum occupancy:  175 people

Rental fee: $850 a day ($700 + $150 Cleaning fee).

Security Deposit:  $500 (refundable if space is returned to original condition)

Additional fees (if applicable):  Staff - $20 per hour

No smoking or open flames in the Gallery

Electrical:  No heaters or ovens of any kind are allowed due to electrical restrictions

Parking:  On-street only

Liability:  Renter will be financially responsible for any artwork damaged during the event.  Studio 333 will not be responsible for any property that is lost, damaged or stolen.  IN certain cases, the rental party may be advised to provide additional liability to cover possible injury to guests.

Catering:  Studio 333 welcomes catered events, but please be advised that we do not have kitchen facilities, nor are open flames and electric ovens permitted in the gallery.  Caterers should arrive with prepared food that can be served at room temperature.  In addition, Studio 333 offers in-house catering through Rainbow Catering.

Staff:  Studio 333's Staff must be present at events to supervise the space, answer questions and serve as a liaison in the event of an emergency.  Studio 333's staff serve as representatives for the event and are not expected to work as employees of the renter.  Studio 333 does not pay its staff overtime.  If an event begins or ends beyond regular office hours (10am to 6pm), renters are responsible for paying staff an additional $20 an hour for their services.

Equipment:  Studio 333 has the right to refuse, or limit access to, additional equipment or services resulting from improper preparation of a rental event.  This includes, but is not limited to, the borrowing or use of tables, chairs, extension cords, office supplies, etc. unless otherwise negotiated or approved as part of the gallery rental.
